The first reason I posted a few days back was Health Concerns with Dairy Products. Here I summarized an article from the Physicians Committee of Responsible medicine website.
Today I just want to mention that a Vegetarian/Vegan diet which is naturally low in saturated fat and high in fiber is just really good for your health. To be more specific a plant-based diet is extremely good for your health and can reverse many diseases because you are nourishing and strengthening your body to do what it was made to do.
This approach is completely opposite from the medical approach. Like I mentioned in my previous post, the medical approach looks to eliminating disease and illness by trying to eliminate the symptoms through medication and surgery. However this foods approach looks at nourishing our bodies with plant-based natural foods to strengthen and heal our bodies.
Here are some things that a plant-based diet is good for:
1. Preventing Cancer
2. Beating Heart Disease
3. Lowering Blood Pressure
4. Preventing and Reversing Diabetes
5. Gallstones Kidney Stones and Osteoporosis

7. Skin, hair, nails, eyes will begin to glow
In the documentary Hungry for Change mentions how your skin is one of the last places to show the effects of nourishing your body with nutrients.
